Manny has recently starred as Graham in Dirty by Matthew Puccini, one of Indiewire's "Must-See Short Films at Sundance". The film captures the fragility between two high school boyfriends who decide to go a step further in their relationship and encounter an awkward yet endearing trail that put their relationship to the test.
He has also recently starred in the film Boundaries from director Rhys Marc Jones which received much success in New York City's 30th annual NewFest, OutFest Fusion, NoBudge Festival, and the Palm Springs International Short Fest.
In his film All The Things You Are by Bjorn Ante, Manny plays a young Robert, the elderly embodiment of Robert is played by Tony Award nominee and Drama Desk Award winner, Anthony Chisholm.
Some of his television credits include CBS's Bull, The Morning Joe on NBC, and HBO's tv movie "Paterno" starring Al Pacino and directed by Barry Levinson.
A 2016 graduate from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, alumni of the Project Classics training program at the National Black Theatre in Harlem, and mentee of established actors and artists such as Hugh Jackman, Jason Mraz, and Isaac Calpito, Manny has made diligent efforts to enhance his craft and career.
Manny was born in Nashville, Tennessee yet raised his entire life in Manhattan in New York City. Prone to the arts from an early age, he began practicing and performing song and dance, until a chance encounter when he was 10 with an independent film director lead him to actively pursue a career in acting.
His being a New York native, as well as involvement in Model United Nation conferences, community activism, community service projects such as gardening, homelessness, and arts initiatives, fundraisers, and early mentoring and teaching opportunities all played a part in influencing and inspiring his work as an actor.
He currently follows his mother steps with helping the blind and visually impaired, travels, and takes part in various volunteering opportunities and mentorships.
